I don’t see the name I wanted on your list. What can I do?
No problem. We have a complete list of all our letters available to order separately. Simply select the letters you require with or without a suitable frame then go to checkout to complete your order.
The name I want is there but I would like a different set of letters. What can I do?
No problem. As above, simply select the letters you require from our complete list, select a suitable frame for the amount of letters you have ordered, and follow the instructions to our checkout.
What colour photos are available?
We currently offer photos in sepia. We have researched and experimented with black and white but have found these images to be too sharp and not anywhere near as pleasing to the eye.
What size photos/frames are available?
There are two photo sizes available.
6” x 4” (and appropriate sized frames depending on amount of letters required)
6cm x 4cm (and appropriate sized frames depending on amount of letters required)
Are there other frame colour options?
Yes. For the same cost we offer a natural stain light wood alternative for both sizes. The options are available when ordering.
What is the inner & outer size of my frame?
The tables below outline the approximate inner and outer sizes (in mm) of your frame depending on the amount of letters your name/word contains and the size of those letters.

What is the actual thickness of the wood in your frames?

Is there a minimum & maximum amount of letters you provide per frame?
Yes. For the 6” x 4” photos the minimum number of letters is 3 and the maximum amount is 7.
For the 6cm x 4cm sizes the minimum is 3 letters and the maximum is 12.
Can you provide larger amounts of letters per frame?
We can certainly try. If you contact us with the letters you require, we will look at it and try and provide a quote based on the amount of letters you have asked for.
Are the photo mounts acid free?
Yes. For better protection against the artwork all the mounting board we use is acid free.
Is there a way to add spaces or blank gaps in the letters?
If you would like to add your personal pictures within the letters, contact us and we can discuss supplying you with all you need to do this. As for the gaps, we personally cut all of our mounts so there should be no reason why not.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. We offer a delivery service to UK & Ireland, Europe and worldwide. The P&P charges are added to your order at the checkout stage.
Can I purchase your letters only?
Yes. If you would like to purchase the letters only this option is available.
